Updating your Credit Card?
If you are currently paying monthly by card, then you should be receiving a monthly "paid" invoice email from our accounting software, Freshbooks. Please search your email for emails from Freshbooks. Click the green "View invoice" button in the email. Then, on the right side of the invoice screen you'll see a link to update your card information. If you can't find these emails, they may be going to your bookkeeper, finance person, or someone else on staff. Switching from Monthly to Annual or Annual to Monthly?
