AdorationPro - Partial & Shared Time Slots

Partial Time Slots
Sometimes an adorer will want to commit for a partial time slot such as 5:30pm-6:00pm. In this case, you could add a note to their last name such as Sally Smith (2nd half) or Sally Smith (2nd half-hour).  These notes allow you as the admin to quickly see, when viewing the schedule, where there might still be some openings in the schedule.

Shared Time Slots
In August 2020 we added a new "Frequency" features. You can turn this ON in the admin settings area. It allows adorers to sign up for a frequency less than weekly such as 1st Fridays or 2nd and 4th Tuesdays.

In the case of a group of people who take a time slot, you could put down the group name and a group leaders email address. Or, you can put down each member of the group and a note next to their last name to indicate their group name such as John Smith (KofC). If you go with one name, then only that one email address will receive the reminder email. In that case, that person could forward the reminder email to the respective adorer. Or, if each person has a slot, they will all receive the reminder each week. You can turn off reminders for an an individual adorer by clicking the edit icon next to their name when viewing the schedule as an admin.

One Slot is Only 30 minutes Long because of Mass?
It is fairly common for some adoration programs to begin after a daily Mass. And often this daily Mass is only 30 minutes long. For example, adoration beginning after a 9:00am Mass would start at 9:30am in many cases. To handle this, most of our customers simply have the 9:00am time slot include Mass. The adorers usually know this and can attend Mass or show up at 9:30 for their time slot. If it is helfpul, we can also add a little note for you in that time slot to notify the adorer when signing up that the slot begins after Mass. Just let us know if you'd like this little note added.
