Adorers sign up by themselves and receive a reminder email or text message each week. A built in sub list lets adorers quickly and easy find a sub. The large button design allows you to use a mounted ipad as a digital sign in device. Features
Adorers self-register
Adorers can sign up for AdorationPro directly from the system. They can see all available time slots and sign for one of them. They receive an email or text confirmation upon sign up and an email or text reminder 24 hours before their weekly commitment. Web Based AdorationPro is a web based program. There is no software to install. You can access the program from anywhere with an internet connection. This means you can track attendance, email adorers, text adorers, and check up on things from your vacation in Rome if you'd like. Automatic Find a Sub System Regular adorers as well as others can join the Sub List. Scheduled adorers can fill out a sub request form and the request is emailed to all subs. The sub simply clicks a link in an email to fulfill the request. Subs can specify for which hours they receive automated sub requests. As an added option, scheduled adorers can also access the password protected find a sub list for help finding a sub manually. Sub Request Log As the admin, you can view a list of recent sub requests, resend the sub request, or manually add a sub to the request. Emergency Alert System You can send an emergency alert message which means your message willl be sent to all email addresses and phone numbers (as text messages) in our system regardless of the adorer's preference. This is a great way to get an emergency message out. Email or Text Adorers & Subs Need to get a message out to everyone? It's easy with the built in email and text feature. You can email/text all adorers, only scheduled adorers, or only subs right from inside AdorationPro. You can even email/text all adorers on a specific day or all adorers at a specific time. There is no longer a need to copy/paste email addresses into your personal email account or to send text messages from your personal phone. Email or Text Reminder 24 hours before their time slot, each scheduled adorer receives an email or text reminder (depending in their preference). This message reminder also includes a link to the find a sub page to facilitate the sub finding process. You can also customize the email version to include any extra content such as contact information for hour or day captains. Adorers Can Update Contact Information Adorers can update their own contact information and message preferences. However, they cannot change their time slot without contacting the admin. This arrangement allows for the best flexibility and accountability for the admin. First Week of the Month Schedules Do you have Adoration only on the first week of the month? No problem. You can activate first of the month only hours in AdorationPro. You can even have weekly hours and first of the month hours going at the same time. Recurring and One-Time Special Schedules By default, AdorationPro creates weekly or monthly recurring adoration schedules. Adorers make commitments to the same hour and day of the week. However, AdorationPro also includes the ability to make one-time date specific schedules, which are quite suited for 40 hours of adoration campaigns. AdorationPro includes both the recurring and one-time special schedule options. Attendance Tracking If you wish, you can mount an iPad, other tablet, or computer near the adoration chapel. Scheduled adorers can select their name on the screen to sign in for their time slot. Only the current hour and next hour names appear. And, you can select which part of their names appear for security purposes. Once an adorer checks in, their check in time is recorded into AdorationPro. Then, in the admin area, you as the admin can view each adorers attendance record. The record is shown as a color coded percentage number. The color codes help you to at a glance see where some trouble attendance spots might be. You can also view the scheduled adorers log for each adorer or for everyone at once to help further identify trouble attendance areas. No more sifting through sign in sheets manually! AdorationPro does all the tracking for you. (Note: Attendance tracking is optional. You do not have to use a mounted iPad or tablet to use AdorationPro). No Adorer Usernames / Passwords Adorers do not need an individual PIN, username, or passwords to use and access AdorationPro. No Extra Fee for Texts Text and Email included. There is no extra fee for texting. There are however total message limits (see below). Messaging Limits Your monthly subscription includes 6,500 total messages (email or text). If you need to send more than 6,500 messages per month, you can add on additional messages for an extra fee. 5,000 additional (beyond the included 6,500) monthly messages is a $10/month add on. Spanish Support By clicking one button, the user can change AdoratoinPro into Spanish. AdorationPro will remember when a user signed up using Spanish and send future emails/texts to that person in Spanish. As the admin, you can also send Spanish texts and emails to those who have chosen Spanish as their preferred contact language. Frequency Option Allow adorers to sign up for less than weekly commitments such as 1st Mondays or 2nd and 4th Saturdays. Coming Soon Hours Coming soon hours allow you to add hours to your Adoration program without disrupting your current hours. Current hours remain active while "coming soon" hours are in a pre-active state, allowing adorers to sign up for the coming soon hours. 1st of the Month Hours Hours by can be designated as weekly hours or first of the month hours. Some adoration programs only have adoration once per month. Some other programs have some hours that are weekly and some hours that are only monthly. Just Visiting Sign in AdorationPro also allows non scheduled adorers to sign in and leave a prayer request. These visitors also have the option to join the sub list. You can view the "just visiting" log from inside the admin area. Limit adorers per time slot Would you prefer to limit the number of scheduled adorers per time slot? Not a problem, you can set this number in the admin area. When the number of adorers is reached, the time slot is no longer available for sign up. You may also set this number to "unlimited". Hide Time Slots Don't have 24/7 adoration or are some slots not available due to Mass and other conditions? Not a problem, you can choose which hours are covered by AdorationPro. You can make this adjustment in real time so as your program grows, so can AdorationPro. Edit Adorer Info Need to change an adorers name, email address, phone number, or time slot? You can easily do that in the admin area of AdorationPro Admin Settings The admin settings area allows you to adjust several items.
You can also adjust how the adorers name appears on the public sign scheduled. You can opt to just show the word "Adorer" or "Guardian" for complete privacy. Or, you can choose between first name only, first name and last initial, or first name and last name You can make similar name adjustments for how the adorer's name appears on the touch to sign in screen. First and last initial are also an option for better privacy. Admin Access - Multiple Admins AdorationPro keeps things simple. You'll receive an admin password which you are free to share with as many other admins as you like. In addition, AdorationPro features a Team Member password which can be shard with those who need to see data but not receive the power to delete anything. So, you can have as many admins and team members as you like. You simply share the corresponding password with each of them. And, you can change the password anytime if you need to. Customize System Emails You can customize the sign up and reminder emails to make sure you specific instruction are included. Initial Adorer Upload If you have your adorers in a spreadsheet, we can do a one-time initial bulk upload for you to speed up the importing of adorers. Export Data Want to keep a back up of all the data in AdorationPro? Not a problem, easy export buttons download the data into an excel file (CSV). Optional Kiosk Mode With an iPad or other internet connected device, you can track attendance with just a few clicks. The printed version includes nice little check boxes next to each name. You can place the printed schedule near the chapel with a pencil to provide a quick and easy sign in process. The printed schedule also allows room for visitors to sign in. With the check box system, you can quickly glance at the sign in sheet to see if any spots are poorly attended. Inactive Guardians As the admin, you can make guardians inactive in order to keep them in the system but no on the main schedule. You can move them back to the schedule anytime. A Marketing Tool
With Adoration Pro, you can promote Adoration in the bulletin, on the website, and via email. Provide the simple website link, and users can sign themselves up right when they are thinking about it. They don't have to call you, email you, or wait to see a list of open hours. They sign up, start receiving their reminder emails, and that is that. The mere addition of the software is a reason to talk about and promote Adoration in your parish. Throw in the mountable tablet kiosk and your Adoration program will start grabbing the attention of anyone just walking by the chapel.

We finished our first full week of Perpetual Adoration with our new Adoration Pro, and it is working wonderfully.
