The Occasional / Odd Time Adorer
But, even when you do offer on the hour slots, you may have a few adorers who can only make adoration occasionally or at odd times. For these adorers, we have included a contact link at the top of your Public Weekly Schedule. When the adorer fills out the contact form, you'll receive an email with their request.
How to Enter Occasional / Odd Time Adorers
Once you have an adorer who is coming irreregularly or not on the hour, there is a little trick you can do to enter them into AdorationPro. If you have an adorer who comes at 2:30 instead of 2:00pm, you can enter the adorer into AdorationPro at the 2:00pm slot and add a note after their last name such as John Smith (2nd half hour). Or, if the adorer comes only once per month you might enter Johh Smith (1st Week). These notes allow you to keep the adorer in the system while at the same time making it easy for you to see who has coverage.
