Ministry Scheduler - Edit Roles Email

When we upload your ministers for you, they will be in the database, but they won't have their Roles and Mass Times assigned yet. You can edit each minister manually to add their Roles and Mass Times. Or, you can use a built in email feature which will email all the new ministers. The email will contain a special link which will allow each minister to add in his/her own Roles and Mass Times. You can find this special email function in the "Email" tab.
