Updating Card on File
The easiest way to update your card on file is to use the above information to locate the most recent invoice. When viewing a recent invoice, scroll down below the invoice and you can find a text link to update the card on file. Updating Billing Contact
Try to find an email using the tips in the first section on this page. Once you do this, you can update your name and email address inside your Freshbooks account. If you can not find any emails from Freshbooks / Web4u, then you can send an email to [email protected] to request your billing contact information be updated. Please include your organization name, city, and state.
