There are multiple ways to request a sub or enter vacation dates:
New Schedule Email or Text
When a new schedule is released, you will receive an email or a text message notifying you of your service dates. The email will contain a special sub request link next to each service date. You can click those links to request a sub. This email will also include a special link to update your vacation dates. If you receive a text message, it will contain a link to view your scheduled dates. On the page with your dates of service, you will see special request a sub links. There will also be a button to enter vacation dates.
Reminder Email or Text
3 days before your day of service, you will receive a reminder email or text message. There will be links in those emails or text messages which you can use to request a sub. There will also be links in the reminder message to enter vacation dates.
From a Live Schedule
If you cannot find the links above in your emails or texts, you can also go to your organization's main link for the Ministry Scheduler and click on the Gold Button labeled "View Schedules". You can find the main link for your organization in an original message from your admin or also perhaps on your parish website. The link will look something like this: https://web4ucorp.com/ministries/francispeoria However, instead of francispeoria at the end of the link, there will be a special short code for your organization. When you find your organization link for Ministry Scheduler, on the homepage will be a Gold button labeled "View Schedule". From there you can view all existing schedules. Click on the schedule for which you need a sub. At the top of the schedule there will be a button to request a sub. Follow the instructions from there. There will also be a button on top of the schedule to enter vacation dates.
Special Email from the Admin
The admin may also send you a special email which you can use to enter vacation dates or edit your profile details.
A Note on Vacation Dates
Vacation Dates can only be entered for dates for which there are no existing schedules. If you are having trouble entering vacation dates, you may need to check the end date of the most recent schedule. You can only enter vacation dates that begin AFTER the end date of the most recent schedule.
