You will receive email or text message sub requests. These messages will include simple links that make it easy for you to accept a sub request. After clicking the link, verify the details are correct. Then, click to accept the sub request. Your name will automatically replace the original minister's name on the schedule. And, a little green icon will appear next to your name, indicating that you are the sub. If you accept the request more than 3 days in advance of the service date, you will receive a reminder message as well.
Fulfilling Open Spots from the Schedule
It is also possible to look for and take open sub requests directly from a live schedule.
Your admin will likely have sent you a special link for Ministry Scheduler. You might also be able to find the special link in your organization's website. The link will look something like this: https://web4ucorp.com/ministries/francispeoria However, instead of francispeoria at the end of the link, there will be a special short code for your organization.
Once you find your special link to Ministry Scheduler, you can click the gold button labeled "View Schedules". Then, click on the schedule you'd like to view. Any open sub requests will appear next to a minister's name as a two green crossing arrows. Click the green arrows to begin the sub fulfillment process. You cannot accept sub requests for roles and times for which you are already scheduled.
