When Waiting Status Occurs
- If a sub request is within 48 hours, the request message is sent right away as usual. (No waiting status)
- If a sub request is over two weeks away, it is put into “waiting” status.
- If a sub request is the 3rd request in an hour or the 10th request in a day AND the request is more than 48 hours into the future, it is put into “waiting” status.
- If the admin adds to the sub log, when logged in as an admin, the status is put into "waiting". This is a great way to add in many requests at once.
The Bulk Sub Request
The most efficient way to handle the waiting status requests is to use the new green “Bulk Sub Log Resend” button. This button will send one message to all subs and in that message the sub can view all open requests. We have seen many customers fill 5-20 requests in one hour or less with one bulk sub request send.

Helping the Subs
The main goal is to not overwhelm subs with too many requests in a very short period of time. And, by aggregating many future requests together in one message, the hope is also that subs will be more willing to respond.

The Sub Log for Subs
Sometimes, subs will find the waiting requests on the sub log and take the request before it is ever sent out. When this happens, the send status will remain as “waiting” even though the request has never actually been sent. This is a good thing as it means fewer messages are going out and spots are still getting filled.
