View Past Invoices
Our accounting software is called "Freshbooks". You should be receiving automatic paid receipt emails from Freshbooks each month or year, depending on your payment period. We also use the name "Web4u" for billing purposes, so you may see "Web4u" on invoices and emails. Web4u and Parish Solutions Co. are the same company. These emails may be in your spam folder. If you cannot find these emails, it may be that we have an old email address on file for billing. To update the email address on file for receiving the invoices, please email [email protected]

If you are currently paying monthly by card, then you should be receiving a monthly "paid" invoice email from our accounting software, Freshbooks. Please search your email, including spam folders, for emails from Freshbooks. When you find a previous invoice, click the green "View invoice" button in the email. Then, on the invoice screen you'll see a link to update your card information. If you can't find these emails, they may be going to your bookkeeper, finance person, or someone else on staff. Pay an Annual Invoice

View the annual invoice in your email and click the green "view invoice" button. From there you can pay the invoice online. - By Card Using Form
