In AdorationPro, you can create special schedules. Special schedules are date and time specific. They are one-time schedules as opposed to recurring commitments. Here is a video tour on how to create a special schedule: https://app.screencast.com/ruuVeuePQfEX9
Steps to create a Special Schedule
1. Log into admin area.
2. Click the Specials button on the admin navigation bar.
3. Click the blue button "Add Special Schedule".
4. Enter the details of the Special Schedule and click "Create Special Schedule" button.
5. Find the Special Schedule in the list of Special Schedules and click the edit icon.
6. Review additional settings such as live/hidden status, reminders, notes, etc.
7. Change the status to "Live" and click "Save Special Schedule" button.
8. Your Special Schedule now appears as green button on your homepage of AdorationPro. You can promote your homepage of AdorationPro in order to promote sign ups for the Special Schedule.
9. You can edit the Special Schedule details if needed at anytime.
10. You can also view the sign ups of the Special Schedule in the admin specials schedule area.
