AdorationPro - FAQ
How do Sub Requests Work?
An adorer places a sub request using a simple form. The system then sends the sub request to the the sub list. The request is sent by email or text, depending on the preference of the sub. The sub then clicks a link in the request. The link takes the sub to a page which displays the sub request details for review. If the sub wishes to accept, they click a button to confirm the details. At that moment, a confirmation is sent to the adorer who made the original sub request. The sub log is updated to show the spot has been filled. The sub will receive a reminder email 24 hours before the time slot. The sub will appear on the sign in kiosk. Any other subs who click the original request link will see a brief message letting them know the spot has been filled. This prevents any back and forth emails/texts between the admin the subs. You can watch a video of the sub request process here: https://www.parishsolutionsco.com/adorer---sub-requests.html

Does AdorationPro include text messaging? Does it cost extra?
Yes, text messaging is included. There is no extra fee for text messages. Adorers and Subs can choose their preferred method of contact. All communication is then sent via that preferred method, whether it be email or text.

What about Elderly Users?
We have not experienced anyone complaining about use by older adorers. In fact, a testimonial below refers to this very question:
I’m over-the-moon with this software so far and parishioners (even the elderly ones) are not having any issues signing up. This weekend I’ll work on bringing a tablet online, so I’ll reach out on Monday if I need any help or suggestions. Have a great weekend! I know I will because of the peace of mind this software is affording me already. ;) God bless you and thank you!
If an adorer simply does not user a computer or phone, they can continue to adore at their regular hour. Nothing will really change for them. However, everyone else, including the admin, can take advantage of AdorationPro.

Do the adorers have to download anything?
No, AdorationPro is website based. You can save it to your phone home screen if you like. When you do this, AdorationPro functions just like an app. Most of the time adorers are simply responding to links via email and text. They will rarely need to go to the AdorationPro website.

How does the Kiosk Work?
The AdorationPro website is made to work well on an iPad or Android tablet. The church/chapel is responsible for securing their own iPad. We have instructions on how to setup the kiosk here: https://www.parishsolutionsco.com/kiosk.html
At the kiosk, adorers and subs will sign in by selecting their name. AdorationPro will track their attendance and show you an auto updating report in real time.

What about a group or married couple sharing an hour?
Married couples and groups can share an hour. For groups it is usually best to use the group's name for the adorer name. Then, use the contact info of the group leader. The group leader can then manage which group member is attending which hours.
